I Regretted Not Doing This Sooner: Surprising My Friend:

I love all these art works, they are very professional. Please I need the service of someone who can help recreate my mum's old photo. She passed on long time ago while I was just a child and the only photo I can lay hold of her is just one black/white blurred one. I need it to be recreated like original so I can print it out on a frame.
