Like a frightened house cat
We scampered out
Of that ship
Named ineptitude,
Where aloof loner captained
And we were held
Prisoners with promises,
Promises of seven-point agenda.
Push!
Our freedom was lost.
We were pushed
Into this craft
Named contraption,
A craft
Of inverted goodluck.
Hired choristers
Regale us again
With new hymns
Of another agenda.
We are prisoners again,
Prisoners of agenda.
Choirmasters
Are in frenzy again,
Profiting from our misfortune.
