1. The hotel is new and it started with less than half of it full capacity. Hence new recruitment as new floors are opened.

2. There are many reasons for job opening in a work place. People move, people are moved, work is a continuous flux.

3. Let people who are in need of hobs apply in peace. If you don't have jobs for them let people who do refer.
