A Nigerian University graduate has been making waves online for his prototype Hydroelectric power plant. Augustine Otuokwa constructed a mini electricity generation working model which have provided electricity for his small village.

The graduate tired of the lack of electricity in his village embarked on the solution; deciding to solve the problem once and for all. Building his own hydropower plant to manage supply of electricity to his neighborhood required his skill as an engineer.

Vietnam has used this small
hydro technology for decades.
