Good evening. I so much need ur help gurus. I borrowed a mini laptop(asus) from my friend yesterday to do some work and was told not to transfer via to it tru phone or copy files from it cos anti-virus is not installed in it. Later in the evening drop the laptop to fetch water and getting back to my rum, my rumate has plug his usb cord to transfer film from the laptop. on pluging the cord to the laptop, the laptop off and till now all effort to on it prove abortive. pls help on what to do. thanks

Have you tried removing the battery and placing it back in ?
Just hold the power button for 60 seconds before placing the battery back
