Undertake and evaluate existing projects with or without supervision to report to appropriate authority
Create Design prototype and implement LEAP programs.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and team members
Exhibit a high level of creativity and result oriented in achieving work goals
Create and market Leadership Programmes across all communication channels
Facilitate trainings
Create basic computer graphics designs to communicate LEAP AFRICA agenda
Carry out independent research and design training/ educational curriculum
