your birth certificate is needed, Where you got it from is not necessary.

Pls has anyone finished screening for supplementary?
Mr Labodinho i haven't finished my screening remaining that of the department bt since there is strike i was advised nt to go tmao as no one will be around to attend to me bt my screening date was fixed 4 last week n tmao
So should i still go or wait?

Please for those of us with admission in progress DE mbbs and can access our student portal do we try to start the screening now at the faculty or keep on waiting for jamb letter because time is gradually going

Try reducing the size of the documents to uploadmake them less than 1mb

coz i got 321 in jamb with 5a and 4b. And i was admited in first batch only that they change my course

You have more than enough time to do that... Though you can check if they are around which I think try should be cos they set time for supplementary registration
