Job title: Mechanical Technician - Process

Job Description:
Must have hands on experience of Operation & Maintenance of Food industry preferably in biscuits and confectionary.

Must have working experience in Preventive and Predictive maintenance of plant equipments.

Must have knowledge of maintaining Log books, down time records and record keeping related to maintenance dept.

Must require quick troubleshoot skills related breakdowns in order to maintain less down time on production.

Working Experience on Industrial blower, Motors, Pumps, Biscuit moulding units, Sugar Grinders, Fat handling system, Dosing equipment’s, Mixers , Different types of Drives & Gear systems etc.

Must have knowledge about the pneumatic systems , valves, connection & fittings.

The person must have the knowledge of mechanical drawings ,Single line diagrams of machine to proper and effective troubleshooting.

Must have knowledge of different types of welding, mechanical , pneumatic, hydraulic fittings.

Qualifications /Experience:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5-8 years engineering experience and currently fulfilling a similar role.
Preference experience in a Food preferably in Biscuits, Confectionary /FMCG operation, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare.
