Job Title: Packaging Technician

Location: Lagos

Job Description:
Must understand and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.

Must have hands on experience on packing machines for make OMORI , Multipack , SPS , flex link conveyors, KSM, Packing machines etc.

Must have working knowledge for the Gear Motors, Drive & Transmission systems.

Must have Substantial working knowledge of packaging technology and labelling systems coding machines preferably for Make Markem, Domino for TTO, CIJ, etc.

Must be able carryout predictive maintenance on packaging machines for biscuits area.

The person must be sound enough to handle have the capability for Root cause analysis to scrutinize Electro-mechanical problems and follow corrective procedures to fix the problem and avoid recurrence.

Must have knowledge about the replacement of change parts in packing machine as per the different product pack size.

Qualifications /Experience :
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, +5 years engineering experience and currently fulfilling a similar role.
Preference experience in a Food preferably in Biscuits, Confectionary /FMCG operation, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare.
