medical personel in the house please say something , i have understood that the body needs a lot of water to aid digestion and also keep the body cells wet and so on, but the point is the more water you drink the more water you loose via urine . Is it suppose to be so ?

Depends of what you mean by water intake.

If you drink water very often, then you should expect to urinate very often
