Hello, I resently relocated back to my fathers land after 10 years in Canada with no papers. I have 3 hectares in Wari and I am looking to get into serious farming with my accent. Which of the following vegetables are from seeds and which ones are not?

Efo Yanrin (Wild Lettuce)

Efo ewuro (Bitter leaves)

Efo Tete (African Spinach)

Efo Shoko---short
Ewedu---short
Green leaf---short

Gbure (water leaves)

Efo Igbo (Eggplant leaves)

Amunututu
Oha leafs

Efinrin: African:: trees

Afang Leaves

Ugu

Eggplant Igba

Lastly, which vegetables do we have that's very short like the attached pics?

In addition, what are the most common vegetables among Yoruba & Ibo?

Thank you regarding my questions.I am willing to pay anyone that can prepare a pdf documents on step by step on how to go about planting all these vegetables. Not interested in getting family members involved in my business.

The small vegetables are called Microgreens abroad and they sell like crazy. We should also have Microgreens here in our country so we can export abroad. I am ready to put all these degrees to use on the farm. Please help regarding my questions above

True, and microgreens are very profitable too with a very short growth period. The first pic looks like cilantro microgreens, and the second and third are sunflower shoots. Both seeds can be sourced locally I believe.

I actually think the local market is large enough. Most of the high end chefs in Lagos use imported microgreens, so if one can research on what they need and meet their quality, thats a good business on its own.

I will suggest you set some few months aside to go get some practical experience and the whole details about how the vegetable production and system work on Nigeria.

Please forget any internet suggestion or plan you might get from anyone.

The best way to understand the system is practise and experience by yourself.

Then you can determine what and what will be good for you
