I just got a job recently and have only spent a week, i got complain from the head that am not cheerful enough as the front desk attendant. I'm still new there and i need to study what is on ground before i know how to do and relate with the people i met there. What and what do you think i should be doing as a new employee to be cheerful enough to their satisfaction? At least i smile & greet everyone there. Please your positive response will be welcomed as am still on probation there and i can't afford to loose the job.

Dear, bein cheerful is mor of a lyf style 2 b cultivatd, it taks tym bt d 1st step is makin d decition 2 becom cheerful 2ndly 4 u 2 b cheerful u mst always try 2 maintain a high energy by bein positive. Lastly always rememba dt ur job is 75% people 25 you, ur suces is measurd by d feedback of d people, so develop good people skil.

pls try smile at people as much as you can. Even fake smile will do. Be nice and talk in a friendly way. Try not to be nervous, you will not loose the job. from there am sure you will pick up

After d formal pleasantly,b4 d person walks in, try to complement her/him, mayb her dressing, hairstyle etc. Just a min is enuf 4 dis and face ur job immediately. Dnt b always too formal in ur dealings. However, i must warn u that such remark 4rm ur boss could hv an under tone- mayb a way of gettin ur attention to satisfy his sxual desires!
