Guys! Please who do y'all mean by "bumped up, updated, available" I don't understand. Do shed more light to it

And I did uba's test and interview beginning of this month and haven't heard anything yet.....

Good evening all. I took the UBA assessment test today and it was successful. I got this Email this evening:

Dear candidate,

Congratulations on successfully qualifying for this stage of the recruitment process with UBA Plc

Please click the link to take your Psychometric assessment.


Who else got this mail? And how is this test generally? From the samples I saw online, this test is not easy at all.

I want to be fully prepared for this test before I take it.

I actually applied for 2 positions; Graduate trainee and Customer care rep.
