Paul Okoye made this revelation in a recent interview with STV where he was quite liberal with words. He spoke about the decision to sell off the mansion. During the initial part of his beef with Peter, there were speculations about plans of selling off the mansion, and fans assumed it was due to the beef and they wanted to part ways for real.

It was easy to think that the brothers want to sell the mansion, share the money, and go their separate ways. But it’s quite amazing to now know that Peter Okoye has no sort of ownership on the house. He was more like a tenant there.
