Please Can someone enlighten me please

If CBN has ban PayPal in Nigeria, those selling PayPal locally;

*How do they get it?

*Those buying it from the local PayPal vendors, how do they receive it? Since Nigeria can't receive PayPal.

The fact is, my brother residing in lagos here, he has a USA verified PayPal account, not linked to any bank account, how can he withraw the $300 inside it?

*And how can he link it with a Nigerian Bank account or what can he do to withraw the $300

He can't link a Nigeria bank account to a US PayPal account. He can only sell the fund in the account to vendors that Buy and resell. And that is what i do. I will buy at an affordable rate and resell it. Check my signature for my contact so we can deal.

He can only sell to Nigerian exchangers here on nairaland but he should be careful while doing that because there are lots of scammers online here.
