The Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi II has advised President Muhammadu Buhari to review the salaries of the members of the legislature and ministers by cutting it by half so as to create more jobs for unemployed Nigerians. He made this statement on Sunday, February 11, 2018 while arguing that reducing the salaries of these public officials will create avenues to provide jobs for the teeming population.
