The popular Ikeja Computer Village makes about N1.5 billion daily, according to the President, Computer and Allied Products Dealers Association of Nigeria, Mr. Ojikutu Adeniyi. He spoke on Monday after the group had sealed a partnership deal with Silicon Valley of the United States to promote infrastructural development in the Nigeria’s Information Technology. Adeniyi noted that the Ikeja Computer Village was contributing meaningfully to the Gross Domestic Products of Nigeria through human capital development and employment and put the daily revenue generation at N1.5bn. The Chairman/Chief Executive Officer, Silicon Valley Nigeria Economic Development Incorporated, Chief Temitope Ajayi, said the partnership was in continuation of the SV-NED’s efforts to build a bridge between Nigerian emerging market and the US technology giants that could transform Nigeria’s products, market and professionals.
