If you have never conducted election nor registered voters before, you can't understand what this man is saying. Even during INEC training, the officials would advice to do anything the communities forced you to do, but through your report you can make those activities null and void. If you display headstrong in the community you know nothing about, if they kill you na you and your family wahala be that.
