This can only be calculated in a woman with a fairly regular menstrual cycle.

Menstrual cycle varies from 21 to 35 days, averagely 28 days.

As a rule , ovulation occurs 14 days(2 weeks) BEFORE the first day of Menses.

For example, Onset of Menses – Day 1
ovulation – Day 14
End of Cycle – Day 28

Day of Ovulation = Beginning of Menstruation Plus “X”, where

X= Number of days in a Cycle minus 14

Please note that the calculated “Day of ovulation” could 2 days earlier or later



Are Ovulation-Inducing Drugs safe?

They are safe when used under expert medical supervision and when they are medically indicated or necessary.



Can i Use Ovulation-Inducing Drug if i Want to have Twins?

This should be done under a Doctor’s(Gynaecologist) supervision.
