If you are fond of eating while holding your phone and chatting at the same time then you probably take your devices to the toilet also.

The times we shake hands with people, touch money, share a pen or touch stuffs around, we pick germs. This is the essence why frequent hand washing is often emphasized by health experts.

But when last did you clean your phone with a disinfectant? Or have you even ever did it?

Some of us wash our hands frequently but still not as frequent as we touch our phones. We are so addicted to phones we cannot even afford a 15min break off the Internet while taking a $h1t. And you know what that means, no matter how clean a toilet appears, it's never a very hygienic place. Things may mistakenly touch and in turn attract other germs which attach to our phones and find an easy way into our system.

Make it a routine, clean the surface of your devices with little disinfectant and wool everyday.
