Hello guys, I tried funding my bet9ja account with 5k through a friend's GT bank account yesterday evening. The money has already been deducted from his gt bank account but it has been pending on my bet9ja account, am yet to see the money so I can stake games in my account. Have tried calling the customer care numbers on their website but the numbers aren't going through, have sent mails to their email address and yet no response. Am just angry right now and don't know what next to do.
Please is there anyone here that have encountered such problem and and how was it resolved or is there a separate number I can call apart from the one on their website because the one there isn't functioning. Please help o. That's the screen shot from my online account.

I called the customers care number n it was resolved after speaking to them
