Point of information: You don't have to come to nairaland to find a chick. If you go to the market they'll give you the opportunity to choose yourself.

Because you know chickens come in different calibres and it would be heart-breaking if you should go home with one that's not your choice.

Try visit main market(ose) in onitsha or if you're not in Nigeria then you have to start considerind frozen ones, i don't think they rear life chicks here in europe
