*a. Job title: Bar Manager (1 position)*

*b. Job location: *Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos*

*c. Job responsibilities:*

*+* Effective and Proactive management of the Club's Bar for quality service delivery and sustained productivity;
*+* Render all cash and credit sales and purchases and sales reports to the Bar/Social Secretary on a weekly basis;
*+* Ensure that all income are properly captured at transaction point;
*+* Gather intelligence information on sales performance, members' attitudes and new products;
*+* Efficiently and effectively liaise with all major beer brand suppliers to ensure constant availability of all brands;
*+* Effectively manage customer relationships (internal and external types);
*+* Any other duties /functions given by the Bar/Social Secretary.

*d. Job requirements/ skills:*

*+* Minimum of National Diploma (at least lower credit) in any course but preferably in hotel and hospitality courses
*+* Minimum of one (1) year cognate experience as bar manager in a medium scale hotel/club;
*+* Good knowledge of beer business especially supply chain management and brand segmentation;
*+* Good interpersonal skills;
*+* Excellent numerical skills;
*+* Ability to work under pressure and with less supervision;
*+* A leader and a team player.

*a. Job title: Bar Attendants (2 positions)*

*b. Job location: Lagos State University,.Ojo, Lagos*

*c. Job responsibilities*

*+* Effectively and efficiently tend to members' and customers' requests on a constant basis; *+* Ensure that all income are properly captured at the transaction point;
*+* Ensure that all credit sales to members are duly recorded and appropriately appended by such members;
*+* Identify members' needs, proactively seek to provide services to meet such needs in prompt and efficient manner;
*+* Any other duties/functions given by the Bar Manager and the Bar/Social Secretary.

*d. Job requirements and skills*

*+* Minimum of WAEC/ SSCE/GCE with at least four(4) credits;
*+* Minimum of one year(1) experience as bar attendant with a reputable medium scale hotel /club;
*+* Excellent interpersonal skills;
*+* Good personal hygiene;
*+* Ability to work under pressure and with less supervision;
*+* Reasonable team work skills.
