next year again. dangote isn't ready to finish this project. he and his investors have been promising us that he will complete it in 5 years time, but up till today it hasn't start functioning besides petrolex (baba ijebu oil plz) started in three years and it has started functioning. dangote should keep deceiving Nigerians about his refinery. soon Azikel refinery too will be completed. I think this one will be completed.

Dangote's refinery has already been slated for 2019, Construction began in 14/15 and he has always said it would begin operation in 2019, besides Petrolex doesn't have a refinery

Imagine!! A country like Nigeria where we have huge production of petroleum. So instead of Obasanjo to be shame of his life has a president cause he couldn’t achieve anything. We can’t even differentiate between looters and theives. Buhari is still useful.
