The question is really very simple. Are there any individuals in the Bible that had to sow seed before God blessed them?

yes my dear, but that was in the old testament. solomon was blessed as a result of his sacrifices snd msny others like that. but in this dispensation, sowing seed is not to attract God blessing. God blesses every man irrespective of whether you sow or not, but sowing seed can attract the blessings of a pastor and it is action of faith

Yes All of them, tithing and offering was not debatable subject. Being part of the Mosaic Law the Israelite follows it.

A good example was Hannah (1 Samuel 1:24)
Her reward or blessing
(1Sam 2:21 [KJV]) - And the LORD visited Hannah, so that she conceived, and bare three sons and two daughters. And the child Samuel grew before the LORD.

The issue of sowing seed escalate beyond giving Money to your church box, the Holy Spirit can instruct you to offer to the needy, if you obey blessings are coming, so sowing seed according to God's command is the real deal, sometimes, the seed is not necessarily money it can be anything Just listen to Holy Spirit has he guides your generousity
