This just happened now at Rumuokoro in Rivers State,Nigeria. Modified: An innocent man became a victim of circumstances as he didn't comply with a police officer on escort with unknown trailer. The man on top of the car is dead oh! Oh God.... I can't stop crying...he must have left his family hoping to come back this evening. Where is security in this nation? Stop posting false news. Which #100 the police man was an escort. The guy was on the road actually. It wasn't that he just directed the gun and shot him, He actually wanted to use the Butt of the gun on him somehow he pulled trigger and it shot the guy... He zoomed off immediately anyway...
