This Jamb probe is becoming a national embarrassment. Monies missing in many State Chapters and the State Co-ordinators either can't explain it or are giving strange and bizarre excuses. For those who have not been following, this is a list of the what we have heard so far.
1. Makurdi Office: N36m Missing - Money eaten by mystery snake
2. Nasarawa Office: N23m Missing - Cards lost in burnt car (later found to be used by candidates)
3. Kogi Office: N10.3m Missing - Forged Signature
4. Kogi Office: N7m Missing - State Coord said it was Lost to Poverty
5. Osun Office: N1.34m Missing - State Coord said "Money Just disappeared"
6. Kano Office: N20m Missing - Money cannot be accounted for
7. Edo Office: N31m Missing - Cannot be accounted for
8. Plateau Office: N15m Missing - Disappeared
9. Yobe Office: N613k Missing - Lost to BH
This is just from 8 States. You will wonder what other mysteries the other States have in stock for Nigerians. One thing is sure though, there is a mental health issue here. How can people steal with brazenness and impunity and still have the nerve to give such lame excuses?
