7-year-old Nigerian comedienne and Internet sensation, Emmanuella has landed a Disney gig which is something that many A-list Nollywood stars would jump at not to talk of a child actress.

This fact is not lost on some of our politicians as Senate President, Bukola Saraki took to Twitter to congratulate Emmanuella and the Mark Angel Comedy team.

He tweeted:

“Congratulations Emmanuella! Make sure you make them laugh over there. Your story is an inspiration. Come by the @NGRSenate sometime, let’s discuss how we can develop the potential of our young talents in the creative industry. cc: @markangelcomedy.”

Mark Angel Comedy respnded on Emmanuella’s behalf tweeting:

“Emmanuella and the entire Mark Angel Comedy team are excited about your warm congratulatory message to Emmanuella, we look forward to coming by the @NGRSenate and we require a means of contacting you sir @bukolasaraki. Thank you so much sir”.

Meanwhile, Governor Ibrahim Hassan Dankwambo of Gombe state has also congratulated Emmanuella tweeting:

“It is always a thing of joy to see young Nigerians doing exceedingly well in the global entertainment industry. Very big congratulations to comedienne, Emmanuella as she gets a role with Disney Hollywood Film. I wish her well as she conquers the world with her amazing talent.”

Emmanuella had a few days ago taken to Instagram to reveal her new acting engagement with Disney. She had posted a picture of herself on set on her Instagram page writing: “Thanks @disneystudios God bless everyone whose support has added to bringing us here. I never dreamed of being here so soon. I miss Success. I love you all.”
