Job Purpose
The BD Officer is responsible for generating and securing new revenue for the organization, as well as seeking out new clients & businesses within the revenue units.
The role ensures an excellent client experience.
Achieve sales targets by developing new business and reaching potential clients within the territory.
Agreed revenue targets are met within defined time frames.
Create and implement a structured plan to achieve set targets.
Schedule and attend client meetings, ensuring that number of meetings.
Participate in campaigns to drive revenue and increase product growth.
Attendance at industry related meetings/events and/or seminars.
Report on sales, activity, and performance.
Provide feedback to Head, Business Development
Develop and improve processes to service clients.


Qualifications
Education:
B.Sc/HND in any related discipline.

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in marketing or related

Qualities: must be creative;self-motivated and results driven.

Skills: Good communication and IT skills
