President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Abuja on Thursday hosted the Council of State meeting, which is attended among others by former presidents, living former Chief Justices of Nigeria and all the 36 state governors.

One of the images coming out of the meeting shows President Buhari looking away while shaking hands with Governor Ayo Fayose of Ekiti state while the Imo state governor, Rochas Okorocha was captured looking on.

Newsworth is aware that Fayose has been a staunch critic of the Buhari administration and had been criticizing the President even before he won the 2015 presidential election.

Meanwhile, other pictures taken from the event show the President not looking away while greeting former president Olusegun Obasanjo and Governor Akinwumi Ambode of Lagos state.
