In Nigeria,business is all about making profits only and this should not be so.Tax evasion has been on.somethings that are not to be turned to business became business signalling a bad economic doom for the employers of labour and employees.
Many entrepreneurs do not want their employees to be succesful or be greater than them.They manipulate their emoulments,wages,salaries,renumerations and allowances.This in turn affects the services of an organisation with bad goods and services at the disposal of customers
Life should not be about money alone,but in Nigeria it has degenerated into such cesspit of desperation that brings individual, collective or organisational compromise that breeds corruption in the society.
The following factors are responsible:
1)Faithfulness:Be it an entreprenuer or labour at work,lack of faithfulness would ruin a company's reputation on the longrun.Integrity & dignity would be lost via unfaithfulness during the course of running a business.results are bad services,low quality

NON_ Extortion Policy:its a means of extra cost of services or goods illegaly or craftily required from a customer with force or threats!
it is an unwholly unprofessional act that can jeopardize customer patronage or trust.
it is an infringment on the fundamental rights of an individual,an economical & financial abuse by craft or tricks by coercion.it is a form of bribery & corruption legalized by both employers & employees to get profits.
its horrible& has rendered many govt agencies &revenue bodies unaccountable & not transparent.
Extortion makes service delivery hampered,not efficient & quality of products becomes less and redundant.
There must be a change and solution.many citizens are drained and abused all over.
corruption can be halted.

Lack of Good management/employee policies:
It is a common business behaviour for entrepreneurs,companies,organisations or government agencies,ministries to employ people without merit,good qualification or human resourcefulness IQ at the expense of the high IQs,merit,genuises and 1st class worth personnel who have the experience.
companies or individual owners are not willing to effect change of employment on merit.
some jobseekers are also guilty of bribing their way through money & connection to get a job they are not worth for businesswise.
The result of this is that such businesses become bankrupt,moribound or less efficient due to a maintained bad level of management by the bad eggs at the top echelon of such business.self employed business must be queried or accept query most times from their subordinates.it would ensure a good level of playing ground for trust.once the head is sick the whole body suffers.cutting corners must be avoided for a business to boom

Wrong employer carrier drivengoals.i have seen many people who are professionals and who are genius but are being used for the advantage of others and to their own detriment.you would see a computer genius employed by a highly placed company with financial muscle earning less than another employee who got a job by bribery and connection.in otherwords, the standard of living of worthless individuals and unmerit keeps increasing at the expense of the others.it becomes a thing of sorrow since skill is much more important than qualification today.
People who really do the job are not given credit for the job done while unmerited folks share the glory.
it is so sad to c it happening repeatedly.people are not compensated for the work done. An organisation must be a humancapacity building and skill acquisition training ground than just a money making
