King Togbe Ngoryifia Cephas Kosi Bansah, King of Hohoe, in Ghana, who rules his people through Skye from Southern Germany builts prison for women because female detainees are being sexually assaulted by males in the prison. The King said; “Male and female detainees of all ages were held there and the women were subjected to sexual assault by the men, This was an unacceptable situation, we needed to build cells for women.” The King, and his wife financed about two-third of the construction while other equipments were covered by private organisations. The King, who took over from his grandfather in 1987 and he lives in Ludwigshafen, with his German wife, Gabrielle and works as a mechanic.
