Yes they act porn in other countries but still they don't neglect important areas in their development as a nation. It's like giving a kid a video game and he allows it to distract him from his studies meanwhile another kid has the same video game yet still passes with flying colours in his studies and the latter is what this advanced countries are while Nigeria is the former who once you give him a shiny toy he gets easily distracted for ever.
