Dissatisfied that the Federal Government has not done anything tangible against the armed Fulani herdsmen who are the perpetrators of the incessant killings of innocent Nigerians, especially farmers, the Chairman of the Anambra State branch of the Igbo apex ruling body, Ohanaeze Ndigbo,Chief Okeke Ogene, has said that the Fulani herdsmen are 100 per centterrorists sponsored by the Federal Government.

“It is very unfortunate that Federal Government proscribed the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), and called it a terrorist group, irrespective of little shortcomings of IPOB. The Federal Government has no reason to proscribe IPOB and named it aterrorist group”, he noted.

Ogene called for restructuring of the country as a way forward. “The way forward is restructuring and in restructuring everything is embedded. By restructuring you are entitled to control your resources and pay tax to the Federal Government. Restructuring accommodates state police, develops mineral resources in your area.

“Anything short of restructuring, the Federal Government will continue to witness all these agitations and crises all over. You can’t get itright until we take a decision of restructuring this country,” hemaintained.

Never. They cannot be.
Since their generous activities began, our national GDP has grown steadily. We can now boast of being the second largest beef exporting country after Argentina. They have contributed and still contributing their quota in providing security in the country. With all these facts, it is clear we need to encourage them. You are blind if you can't see the above as true. And don't forget that their brother in power has been supportive.
