8-10 years in HR/Consulting/Outsourcing
Should have business development experience
Manage internal HR & Outsourcing services for a consulting firm
Should have business development experience

5. Learning Manager
Must have experience in training implementation and business development
10-15 years relevant experience

6. Learning Executive
Must have experience in training implementation and business development
3-5 years relevant experience
