Ihedioha remains the rallying point for Imo guber come 2019.

In 2015, despite the forces from the incumbent and their rigging machine, Ihedioha won the election and even when they maneuvered it, He dragged the incumbent to a supplementary pool.

He ran an issue based campgain that was well coordinated from the beginning to the end, moving from LGA to LGA to sell his candidature. This shows that the man Ihedioha is a product of the people and he believes in them.

He was known all over the state and since then, has consolidated his popularity and support base by reaching out to the people from time to time. What this means is that in 2019, Ihedioha's victory will be a landslide victory given by the people.


He enjoys a high level of grassroot support from the ordinary people across the state. Ihedioha identifies with the people not just during the political season as a lot of people are doing now, but from time immemorial.

He is a committed Christian who has done so much for the church of God. As an devout Anglican, He identifies with the Catholics, the penticostal and all church of God.

He has served Nigeria to the level of the No 6 citizen of the country and this he did without blamish or allegations of fraud after office.

He has worked both in the Executive arm and the legislative arm, which shows that He has the experience on how to maintain a good working relationship between the arms of government, not for self enriching but for the State development.

He was instrumental to the passage of the Local government autonomy bill while in the National Assembly. This shows that Ihedioha will conduct Local government elections when elected as the state governor and will also grant the elected officials the autonomy to work.

Ihedioha has a great academic background which can be traced to the last point.

Ihedioha has attracted the highest no of federal federal government projects to Imo State which cuts across the entire state, not minding that He was elected to represent the people of Aboh Mbaise and Ngor Okpala.

Ihedioha has empowered alot of young people and women, through meaningful appointments, human capital development and skill acquisition trainings.

While serving as the Deputy speaker, He had appointees from the 27 Local government of Imo State and even beyond. That shows a man who believes in federal character, equity, fairness and rule of law.


As 2019 beckons, Ihedioha remains my kind of Governor. A man that is straightforward, a sincere gentleman who pays attention to every detail, an exprenced servant leader who understands the true definition of politics and leadership as a mandate of the people, a truthful man who doesn't say what He can not do and doesn't do what He did not say, He is a man to be trusted. Let's return Imo to the path of glory where outsiders can once again be proud of us. Let's allow Ihedioha's experience work for us.
