Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Happy New Week in the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ who came to deliver us from the danger of religion, being the message of salvation to all men on the face of the earth. Amen.

“Thomas saith unto Him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? Jesus saith unto him, I am the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me” (John 14: 5-6).

Brethren, very often, men get into trouble, confusion, great difficulties, hopeless situations and circumstances and may not come out of them. As a matter of fact, some have ‘stroke’, some high-blood pressure, some diabetes and many die daily as a result. However, this is not only limited to those who are operating by the ‘world system’ alone, it may surprise you that same situation occurs even among believers who are in God’s kingdom! Let us wake up and look up to the One whose name we confess and profess; Our Lord Jesus Christ.

If we consider very closely the bible passage above, we will observe that Jesus is the answer to all questions- the solution to all problems of life. For example, what are the 3 main subjects that many people are badly confused about in the world today? Are they not highlighted in the above scripture? The WAY, the TRUTH and, LIFE. Friends, these are the 3 main determinants if one must live purposeful.

THE WAY: The bible says in the book of Proverb 14: 12 “There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death”. In search of solution to life challenges, many have sought various ways in robbery, stealing, prostitution, occultism, worshiping idols (could be their jobs, money, material things etc), fraudulent activities, fornication, adultery, eye-service etc. It is crystal-clear that any eye that looks elsewhere for solution into life challenges or for a means of livelihood, not focusing on Jesus, is sure to see disaster. Isaiah 55: 9 (please read from verse 7) says “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts”. Hence, God has given a clear distinction between His ways and the ways of the ‘ungodly’. Please note that the way of the ungodly is simply living independent of God or biblical instructions.

THE TRUTH: Friends, in search for the truth, many have sold their souls to the devil (though, some due to ignorance!), some have joined various cults, all in the name of religion. Some have opted for such religious groups where ‘righteousness’ is easily amended in order to fit into personal suitable standards. However, many have redefined themselves, yet confused whether they are actually ‘she’ or ‘he’. Brothers and Sisters, there is no truth elsewhere; the only truth is what God has revealed to those who hunger and thirst for His word (the bible). The bible says “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free” (John 8: 32). The only truth that has records of “freedom” is the word of God; all other ‘look-alikes’ have records of bondage, failure, destruction and death (both physical and eternal)!

THE LIFE: In order to be rightly guided through life, let us ask ourselves the following question from time to time; why am I here? This question may guide you toward the direction where the answer could be found; the word of God- the truth! Life is not about making money or storing affluence as many have been misguided; rather life is about making impact. However, impact could be negative or positive; your life must be making one of the two even right now! Jesus was speaking; “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy; I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly” (John 10:10). If your life is not in line with ‘the main focus’- Jesus Christ, then you are most likely to be a victim of the most horrible thief of all-time- the devil, who is the angel of eternal death.

Therefore, brothers and Sisters, the only way to the Father is the way of righteousness, remember what the scripture says about our own righteousness; ‘a filthy rag’, but glory be to God we have an advocate whose righteousness has covered for us, we can now be called ‘the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus’ (2Corith. 5: 21). Amen! The truth is the word, let us therefore soak ourselves in the word of God and become inseparable from it; this is freedom from all lies and oppression of the devil! And finally, let us not give-in to be influenced by the things of this world, because the danger will not be limited to us alone, but may also affect all those whose lives depend on us. Let us be a positive influence on our generation. Let us always look unto Jesus, the author and the finisher of our faith (Heb. 12: 2). JESUS IS THE ONLY MEANS TO LIVING A FUFILING AND PURPOSEFUL LIFE- THE MESSAGE FOR OUR GENERATION!

May the Lord God flood our eyes of understanding with the light of the revelation of His word. Amen. Once again, I wish you a glorious week ahead. Be a blessing, make someone happy, and endure the truth always, for it is the only access key into the kingdom of God!
