WAY TO GO!!!
There is Big Hope for Africa!

HUEMANITY IS GRADUALLY WAKING UP!
So they want to Destroy Humanity before Massive Global Rebellion and Revolution overhaul their domination, manipulation, control and exploitation.
Religion and Politics are twin brothers who are two sides of the same coin. Both tell you to keep believing even when you know it's all lies, deception, slavery, tricks, promise-and-fail, divide-and-conquer, indoctrination, hypnotism and falsehood.
One threatens to send you to jail via conventional courts while the other threatens to send you to hell via some spiritual court and judgements. They then admonish and force you to remain dumb and obey no matter the damage, losses, pains, slavery, oppression and denial that is involved.
They both promise you with dividends of demo-crazy and blessings of wealth, health, protection, long life and eternal paradisiacal inheritances that are hueman orchestrations for mental programming and control for Submission, Subjugation and Subjection (3S) and Deception, Distraction and Division (3D).

This is an infringement of peoples rights, how can a government shut down churches, this is why its hard for Africa To move forward

They didn't shut them down for doing church business, but for being way too loud. As long as they obey the law, nobody will disturb them, even in Rwanda.

When a church turns to a Babel the law will take care of it. Kudos to Rwandan govt for the bold decision.

It takes a govt with balls to implement that unlike our weak and spineless govt here!

Aside that Rwanda is seriously on the path to sanity uncommon in Sub-Sahara Africa. They seem to have learnt from the civil war. Unlike "we hail the" that learnt nothing from civil/Biafra war.

It takes civility and "mental evolution" to realize the need to respect the environment and know the full impact of our actions on others.

If we say CAN/PFN should've have also gotten involved earlier in sensitizing their member bodies, negotiating sacrosanct non-violable terms/standards of operation and helping to ensuring the adherence as well as protection of member rights, some people will cry "Noooooo" from morning till night.

Now, govt gavel is slamming down without option of redress; is that the ideal end to await?

Very shameful. It just looks like when a people insist on lifelong mission of seeking for stress!

Did you know Rwanda is one of the fastest growing economy in Africa?
It is neat, progressive and has a very low level of corruption.

Here in Nigeria , we think the whole Africa revolve around us.

I go to know about the country from reading quora... Seems more east African countries are becoming more developed.

But also very repressive on human rights.

Did you know street children are imprisoned? Did you know street hawkers are required to operate market stalls that charge monthly rent that they cant even afford? Did you know the Rwandan government's agricultural policies are discriminative to poor Rwandans?

Amidst the development, there's another negative side.

Hmmn.

Cleanliness is next to Godliness.

I'm of the opinion that churches should be sound proof.

I live opposite a C and S church that holds vigils every Friday, you can imagine what those of us who live around them go thru.

Was in Canada for five years, passed through a church once and did not know it was a church, the place was soundproof! Was interested in their service, and I could see brotherly love and biblical tenets of salvation and redemption emphasized there unlike most churches in Nigeria.

Not Less Than 714 Churches Shutdown In Rwanda By The Govt. - See Reasons

Not less than 714 churches in different parts of Rwanda’s Kigali over the last one week have been shut down for failure to meet minimum standards outlined by Rwandans Government.

The churches were found to lack basic infrastructure, hygiene, safety standards and had issues related to their legal status. The initiative is being carried out by respective urban district authorities in partnership with the Rwanda Governance Board, New Times of Rwanda reports.

The Head of Political Parties and Civil Society Department at the Rwanda Governance Board, Justus Kangwagye, stated that places of worship are required to meet basic requirements in terms of safety, hygiene, infrastructure, and legality which those affected were found to be lacking. He added that the places of worship affected by this bill were asked to halt operations until they meet the expected standards.

In his words;

“Worshiping should be done in an organised way and meet minimum standards. Exercising your freedom of worship should not encroach on other people’s rights. They have been asked to halt operations until they meet the requirements. "For instance, if the infrastructure is deemed likely to cause danger to those worshipping, it is obvious that it fails to meet the requirements,” he explained.

Others problems included lack of parking lots which led to members’ parking by the roadsides and causing gridlock. Other churches which were closed operated from tents. " Churches that are hosted in tents were also asked to review their premises before they can continue their operations. As for hygiene and sanitation, you cannot have a gathering where there is no water for washing hands, no toilets among other issues,” he said.

Kangwagye explained that setting up a church requires a temporary certificate which expires after 12 months.

I hope Nigeria will follow suit soon because we have a lot of mushroom churches and branches in Nigeria.
