I have been in port for almost 4 months now. Truth be told, the government of this state have not done any thing compared to the revenue they generate. If kano can be like this with no oil rig or refinery, Port should do better

From what I have seen so far, I will access the government of rivers 20%

Don't be deceived by pictures of existing flyover and pleasure pack surroundings. Just take a walk through the internal streets in the so called garden city and see lack of infrastructure and basic ammenities. In fact the people are living in abject poverty. Mr. Project indeed.
