I've been getting very depressed ever since I discovered the massive fraud being perpetrated by used car dealers here. Dealers who import absolute SCRAPS, refurbish them and then sell them off as "very fresh, clean, non-accidented, original customs papers".

Why should the customs allow the importation of such scraps for goodness sakes? Why? Where's the standard?

flooded vehicles most of the times look good on the outside. they dont need panel beating. the actual danger is the rust and rot.
