The 2002 Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria Queen Chinenye Akinlade is preparing for the role of First Lady of Ogun state as her husband, Honorable Tajudeen AKinlade, Member representing Ipokia, Yewa South in the Federal House of Representative is widely believed to have been adopted as the consensus candidate by all the factions and contenders in Ogun State APC and PDP to ensure a Yewa Awori person becomes the next governor of the state.
Whilst the governorship slot was earlier zoned to Yewa Land by both parties as the area has never produced an elected Governor, the consensus behind Akinlade is the first time the zone will be standing firm behind a candidate.
