Both of them carry scammers, if scamming is check i can judge. Same be both.

Olx is better... jiji website is chubby. I mean not well organised. On olx, navigation is simple. The website is user friendly.


I dont get calls on jiji in a week or more, only about weeks after. I think dey av a way of hiding ur ad if u are not buying a plan or ads are not easy to find by buyers.

jiji has a poor interface. Olx has an intuitive interface

I use both sites to promote my service. They both have good and bad sides.

The Olx website is better in my opinion. More user friendly.

For car adverts, seems olx has a slight advantage.

In terms of Customer Service. Jiji is better. I receive calls from Customer Service at regular intervals.
They also remind you to update your ads regularly.

Also I prefer to place ads on Jiji. Maybe because of the better Customer Service.

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate thier customer service 8. They definitely reply emails on time, it's just they never pick up when you call. But they always call back after 24hrs.
