Requirement: This role will provide company secretarial and administrative support to the Global Group of Company Sunsidiaries. Responsibilities include but are not limited to. Facilitate the smooth running of subsidiary companies board and board committee activities, where applicable, by helping the CEO to set agendas, preparing papers and distributing these papers to the boards and its committees. Attending such meetings and preparing and taking minutes hereof for timely distribution.
