Mail came in sometime around 12:30 yesterday. It wasn't for a video interview. It was for an interview at their place by 12pm. I guess they decided to hold a physical interview instead of a video interview.

Well it was an interesting chat. They'll make you feel at ease so no pressure. However after the basic questions like tell me about yourself and all that, you'll be presented with different scenarios and be asked what you'll do in such situation. For instance you were sent to buy brown beans from Mama iyabo for someone and you go and find out it's Iyabo that's there and she hates your guts. Also there's no other place to buy brown beans around coupled with the fact that you have a tight schedule. How will you approach iyabo? Such scenarios are work specific so know about what you applied for well. Also be ready to defend what you have in your CV.

I can't say specifically but if the normal trend is to be followed, HR should have been done. Sales applicants are usually come last.
