You can get itel 1408 brand new is around 14k
U can get some other Chinese products too but not reliable .


But why not save more to like 25k n get a nice fone

JUMIA HAS A RANGE OF CHEAP ANDRIOD PHONES. I WILL RECOMMEND "BONTEL E10-5". IT HAS GOOD SPECS LIKE 4000MAH BATTERY, ALTHOUGH THE COST ON JUMIA IS #16,390. CHECK MY SIGNATURE FOR MY CONTACT JUST IN CASE YOU NEED MY ASSISTANCE

Op please never try the bon. ... stuff. I prefer you look for Tecno or Itel brands within that budget range. Outside that you will regret it.

Well there are TECNO & ITEL phones on Jumia that are cheap as well. THE JUMIA MOBILE WEEK COMING UP SOON WILL UNVEIL MORE PRODUCTS.
