Good Morning Bro, the picture on the screen the OP shared about the news is from one of our conference centers in school, so they should soon put it on the University's website as it would be taking effect from 2018 /2019 session starting in August . I would still ask my Bro or friends for more clarification as I'm currently not in school since I'm on IT.
