Why should Ambode take Lagos backwards just to please Tinubu with sanitation contracts that remain unexecuted?

As FG no pay Jagaban he has concentrated his greedy proboscis on Lagos and that State is bleeding badly. Billions for just street lights? Haba! We big pass this nonsense now.

Lagos state government got it wrong in the waste disposal aspect and the state is paying dearly for it. Why phase out the functional PSP disposal trucks when this new disposal system is not functioning at full capacity? We were not complaining about paying N1k to properly dispose our garbage. Now with no trucks or wheelbarrow to pick garbage, turning every street into a dumping site. This is what happens when you play politics with the welfare of the citizens

That is the Nigeria we found ourselves. Why faze out a system that is functioning. Ambode's Visionscape is a sham. If a new government meets a working policy, why it won't allow continuity beats me. Fashola's good works are being eroded the by this present government yet they belong to the same party. I thought their ideology should be the same or similar. Everything is about politicking.

This problem is across vicinity in Lagos.

That's true bro... They stopped coming to compounds to take refuse... After a long period of time, they had to tell us to be dumping refuse at our junction, but it gets packed regularly tho..

And dump the refuse in their rooms right? I see why our government act like this. Some of us believe public goods and services should be provided by private citizens. Government should just sit back and use the common wealth for parties, holidays and medicals. So oga, who should pack the refuse you see? We produce them everyday.

Then the cycle starts again. So 4 days in a week, everywhere is dirty. The previous distributed contracting model worked. Everyone had an incentive to do something. Why give an opportunity for all Lagos Ian to earn something and make a living to one company? So unfair. This is not how jobs are created. Abode is clearly worse than Tinubu in understand how wealth is distributed.

When the surrounding is clean, oga where should they keep the trash? In their rooms? Nah, The government is responsible for removing the trash sir, and they fail in doing so. Blame the govt for this one and not the people.
