There’s been a lot of 18:9 talk being mentioned everywhere in the recent days and possibly, you could be getting tired of it but it’s actually a good thing to see companies adopt the new display ratio, inevitably shrinking down the bezels and offering consumers more display area.

The latest company said to be joining the road to bezel-less town is Infinix, around a month after sibling TECNO did the same with the Camon CM. Thanks to Geekbench, we have a glimpse of what we should be expecting from Infinix this year.

Three Infinix phones have made an appearance online, bearing the code NUMBER X604, X606 and X573. Here is what we know about these devices so far:

The phone first made an appearance on January 15, 2018 and it comes packed with:

An MT6763 (Helio P23) Processor

4G and VoLTE Support

The phone first made an appearance on December 20, 2017. It looks to be like an entry-level smartphone by looking at the specifications such as lack of 4G support. Interestingly, this is the phone that could pack an 18:9 aspect ratio display maxing out at a resolution of 720P. Other specs include:

The phone first made an appearance on December 4, 2017. This device is an interesting one since it packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon Processor, making us assume that it could either be the Hot 5 Pro or the S3 Pro variant. The device comes packed with:

Qualcomm Snapdragon Processor

3GB RAM


We could not get display sizes from Geekbench, thus it is even more difficult to know which lineup these phones belong to, having that Infinix have the most confusing code numbers ever. However, seeing that Infinix has already started teasing the Hot 5, we’re sure one of these devices is it.
