"How can a perfect God be wrath filled?"

A good judge should be furious if an unrepentant mass murderer has raped and viciously taken the lives of a number of innocent teenage girls. If he wasn’t angered, he wouldn’t be a good judge.

God is good (morally perfect) and He is therefore greatly angered by evil...and evil is defined as "sin."
