Some ikwerres, ika actually migrated from beni kingdom, but many are igbos. During the 1100s there was war between Beni & ishang people. The ishang kingdom conquered territory untill they got to beni and captured the oba and decapitated him. Many beni people and princes fled to western igbo area as war refugees. They were accepted by western igbos( people from Ika, igbanke, parts of rivers like bonny, opobo, okirika, region) adopted their names and overtime assimilated into igbo(or so we thought). Same thing happened with yorubas, many yorubas fled out of yorubaland during their 100 year war to many parts of igboland. So when you see igbo people not being united, its because of the refugees among them.

The Chinese have economies of scale because they put money together to register a limited liability company and conduct business with it while you guys choose one man business (sole proprietorship).

Thats not what economies of scale is. They have economies of scale because they manufacture the products, use their own ships to import the product, have a stronger currency, lend us money in millions of dollars, already handling several development projects in our country. So they can make loss in the short run from one end, but use the massive profits they make from interest rate on our loans, or payments for their services etc to stay afloat. The average nigerian importer does not have that.

The Chinese people are worse bro, it will only be cheap for a moment, once they have run nigerians out of business & have no competition, they will increase price and nothing will happen. It won't even end there,the Chinese will go as far as owing everything retail in naija that things will be far cheaper in Chinese supermarket than aboki on the street, worse still majority of their people will be employed in those businesses not nigerians. If China can prevent foreigners from operating retail businesses in their country why should nugeria not do same? IN ghana you need $1M invested and employ majority ghanians b4 you can open a retail shop. Things are expensive in Nigeria because of govt policies, using customs to generate outrageous revenue, devaluing our naira etc. China has large economies of scale and even lend us money so they can afford to sell things cheap here. Our government is selling us out to the Chinese.

FG is not only destroying igbo businesses, FG is destroying nigeria businesses. The Chinese have economies of scale and thus their price can be cheaper. The Chinese will eventually enter everywhere nigerians do businesses and dominate it, even pepper & tomato. Tinubu should realise that when people are backed to the wall, they will react and respond aggressively

The Freedom of Information acts allows you to go to a court and obtain a subpoena to publish the account activities for that period.
